Shipping & Returns

Delivery of goods from Moreo Design is considered complete when the customer has received the goods. All orders are tracked unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and Moreo Design. Times of delivery given are indicative only and are bound by the terms and conditions of the nominated courier.

All orders will be dispatched within 60 hours of your order being placed if the requested items are in stock (excluding weekends).

 If you receive your goods with the packaging clearly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately when signing for the delivery and also e-mail us at info@the-moreo.com. Please retain all packaging in its original manner for inspection and we will process a replacement within 14 days. 

Moreo Design offers a 14 day cancellation period valid from the day you receive the item. If you want to withdraw from the sale you must notify Moreo Design of this no later than 14 days after the day on which you received the item. You are obliged to return the product in the same state and packaging as it was received. The buyer will bear the costs of returning the item unless the item is defective. You can withdraw from a sale by emailing info@the-moreo.com at the earliest and returning the item to the contact/studio address provided at www.the-moreo.com/contact.

The risk of goods ordered online through this website passes to the buyer when the right of cancellation expires 14 days after receipt of the goods. Outside this period, the buyer retains his right of cancellation if the product is defective as is governed by the Sale of Goods Act of 1979. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging and an exchange will be provided at the expense of Moreo Design.

Moreo Design recommends that whether you are returning a defective product or an unwanted product, you send the goods as a parcel using tracked delivery with insurance as this guarantees that the goods will arrive at their destination. Moreo Design cannot be held liable for problems and damages when returning an item via a third party service and may deduct the cost of repairing any damages to an unwanted product during transit. Once received, the amount will be refunded to the same account that was used to purchase the item within 14 days.

Resale of goods purchased at www.the-moreo.com is restricted only for personal use and must not be resold to a third party under a commercial contract branded, unbranded or otherwise unless previously agreed with Moreo Design
