Edge Turned Server

A smaller platter hand turned from a unique material we call Patterned Beech. To produce this type of wood fallen Beech trees are left on their sides for between 3-5 years and during this time the patterns develop as the log breaks down. Once milled and dried the natural markings are locked in place and our challenge is to make sure that we do the wood justice and turn it into something beautiful.

Sealed with natural, food safe oil and wax. Made from responsibly sourced wood; foraged, recycled, reclaimed, or sustainably grown.
